Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refund Eligibility

• The product received is damaged during delivery

• The product received is different from what was ordered

• The item is unused and returned in original condition

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items
